  • Vanilla Chia Pudding

    Serving size: 1

    Ingredients:

    • ½ cup of chia seeds (black/white)
    • 2 cups of cold milk of your choice
      • Vegan option: oat/almond/rice milk
      • Non-vegan option: full cream milk
    • 1 teaspoon of BRUNEUS Naked Pure Vanilla Extract
    • 1 teaspoon of BRUNEUS Naked Fresh Ground Vanilla
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar
      • Vegan option: coconut sugar, brown sugar
      • Non-vegan option: honey

     

     

    Directions:

    Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until they are well mixed, cover the bowl and allow the mixture to set for at least 2 hours. Once the pudding is set, top it with your favourite BRUNEUS nut clusters and fresh fruits. Enjoy!!

     

  • Next-Level Breakfast Bowl

    Serving size: 1

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup cold milk of your choice
      • Vegan option: oat/almond/rice milk
      • Non-vegan option: full cream milk
    • 1 large banana, frozen
    • ½ dragon fruit or 1 kiwi fruit, frozen
    • 2 tablespoons of BRUNEUS Sweet Cacao Nibs
    • ½ teaspoon of BRUNEUS Naked Fresh Ground Vanilla or 1 teaspoon of BRUNEUS Naked Pure Vanilla Extract
    • 2 tablespoons of BRUNEUS Chia Seeds and Cacao Nibs
    • 1 tablespoon of BRUNEUS Naked Organic Hazelnuts

     

    Directions:

    Blend the almond/oat milk, banana, almond butter, BRUNEUS Sweet Cacao Nibs, BRUNEUS Naked Fresh Ground Vanilla, until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top it up with the BRUNEUS Activated Almonds and Cacao Nibs.

  • Green Smoothie

    Serving size: 2

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of leafy greens (spinach/kale/romaine/bok choy)
    • 2 cups of liquid (coconut water/oat milk/coconut milk)
    • 3 cups of any ripe fruit (banana/mango/berries/apple/pineapple)
    • 1 teaspoon of BRUNEUS Naked Fresh Ground Vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon of moringa powder (optional)

     

    Directions:

    Blend leafy greens and liquid together first; add in fruits, ground vanilla and moringa powder and blend again. Transfer to a glass and sip it up. Enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ripe banana
    • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
    • 450ml of milk of your choice (oat/almond/coconut/full cream)
    • 2 tablespoons of BRUNEUS Sweet Cacao Nibs
    • 1 tablespoon of BRUNEUS Activated Cashews Nibs

     

    Directions:

    Put all ingredients into your blender and blend till smooth. This delicious smoothie not only makes a satisfying breakfast but also gets you fuelled to start your day. Enjoy!
